Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and images are not contractually binding.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Any delivery charges are stated before the order is confirmed. The artist reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect when the order is placed.

Any order placed on the site implies prior acceptance of these terms. Confirming the order concludes the sales contract.

A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you after payment.

Payment is made online by bank card through a secure payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

The order is processed only after the payment has been authorised.

Physical products are shipped to the address given at checkout, within the usual preparation and postal delivery times.

Digital products (downloads) are made available immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal on physical products, without needing to give a reason.

This right does not apply to digital content supplied intangibly (downloads) whose performance has begun with your consent and for which you have waived that right.

All content on the site (text, photographs, music, logos, videos) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.

This content is protected in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code (in particular Articles L.111-1 et seq.), EU Directive 2001/29/EC on copyright, and the applicable international conventions, including the Berne Convention. Any infringement of these rights may give rise to the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.

The artist cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the site or from temporary unavailability due to maintenance or causes beyond his control.
